Rule Change Log
When a firm changes its drawdown limits, consistency rules, payout terms, or platform dependencies, we log it here with a date and source - so you can see how a firm's terms have actually evolved, not just what they say today.
Joined the Propinder prop-firm discovery network with a 40% challenge discount
Tradeify partnered with Propinder, a prop-firm discovery/comparison platform, to connect forex traders with Tradeify's futures funding accounts and evaluations. Traders coming through Propinder get a 40% discount code on Tradeify challenges.

FTMO introduced Unlimited Days, removing any time limit on the Challenge and Verification phases for newly purchased accounts. FTMO's evaluations were already effectively untimed in practice, so this formalizes and extends that policy rather than reversing a prior restriction.

Alpha Capital Group updated its News Trading and Overnight Rules page. Unrestricted news trading is allowed during evaluation on Pro, One, Three, and Swing plans. Post-qualification, restrictions vary: Pro 8%/10% requires trades stay open 2+ minutes either side of news; Pro 6%, One, and Three require 5+ minutes; Swing requires a trade to span more than 2 minutes within a 4-minute window around releases. Overnight holding is allowed on all plans (swap applies); weekend holding is permitted at all stages for Swing/One/Three, while for Pro at the Qualified stage weekend holding is a soft breach (profits removed, account stays active if above drawdown).

Funded Futures Family rolled out a platform update introducing near-instant payout approval (processed within roughly 24 hours of approval), real-time breach alerts, and cut the minimum micro-scalping hold time from 20 seconds to 10 seconds. This is reported consistently by two independent trade-press aggregators with matching dates and details, but we could not confirm it directly against the firm's own site/announcement - treat the specifics as likely accurate but not firsthand-verified.

NinjaTrader terminated its partnership with Alpha Futures over a disputed unpaid invoice, days after Alpha launched a competing platform, AlphaTrader. The Premium Plan depended on NinjaTrader's API and became unviable - Alpha closed it and initially converted affected traders' already-earned payouts into account refunds instead of paying them out, triggering a delisting from Prop Firm Match. On July 15, Alpha reversed course and paid an initial 10% batch of outstanding Premium payouts, with same-day payouts resuming on Zero/Advanced accounts. As of July 25, no further payout batches or a Prop Firm Match relisting have been publicly confirmed.

Tradeify eliminated its monthly subscription model for evaluation accounts in favor of a one-time payment (Select/Growth list prices rose about 3%). Select 50K profit target increased from $2,500 to $3,000 for new purchases (existing accounts grandfathered). Lightning Funded 150K max trailing drawdown was tightened to $5,250 (from $6,000) with a $3,000 daily loss limit, for new purchases only. Added Tradesea (a TradingView-based platform) and Rithmic as new platform integrations alongside NinjaTrader/Tradovate/WealthCharts, plus new 'Elite Accelerator' performance bonus pools on live accounts.

E8 Markets launched E8 Zero, a new one-step evaluation program with no consistency rule and no trailing drawdown, joining the existing E8 One program. The firm also restructured its lineup around this time, discontinuing its older 'Classic' and 'Track' programs in favor of E8 One, a rebuilt 'E8 Signature' (single 6% profit target, EOD dynamic drawdown, fixed 80% split, cTrader), and E8 Zero.

Alpha Futures raised live-account scaling from 1 to 5 live accounts per trader, while simultaneously lowering simulated-account payout caps by plan (Premium up to $6,000 tiered; Advanced flat $15,000; Zero $1,000-$2,500 by size). Core rules (90/10 split, 5 winning days of $200+ profit, 4 monthly withdrawal requests) were unchanged.

Tradeify launched Slay Markets, a retail introducing-brokerage arm (waitlist, early access for funded traders), operating under Tradeify Brokerage LLC as a registered CFTC/NFA introducing broker with NinjaTrader Clearing LLC (Kraken-owned) as its sole FCM/clearing partner.
Source: FinanceMagnates ↗PRIME program launched for consistently profitable traders
Funding Pips launched PRIME, a new scaling tier: 70% profit split, daily reward requests with no cap, rewards no longer reset scaling progress, and a trailing 'Smart Max Loss Limit' drawdown floor that rises with new equity highs. Allocation can scale from $400K up to $2M. The firm framed it as replacing a prior pattern where consistently winning traders were forced to restart.
