Trust Score Breakdown
Pros
- Four account types (Zero, Premium, Advanced, Direct) across $25K-$150K, including a one-time-fee Direct option
- Up to 90% profit split on standard accounts
- Payout up to 4 times monthly after 5 winning days of $200+ profit
- Platform support: AlphaTrader, TradingView, WealthCharts, Quantower, Deepcharts (NinjaTrader was dropped in July 2026 - see cons)
- Independently-verifiable Trustpilot rating of ~4.9/5 across a large review volume, with no regulatory action found against the firm
Cons
- July 2026: NinjaTrader terminated its partnership with Alpha Futures over a disputed unpaid invoice, days after Alpha launched a competing in-house platform. Alpha's Premium Plan became unviable and was closed, and Prop Firm Match delisted Alpha Futures entirely after Alpha initially converted traders' earned payouts into refunds instead of paying them out. Alpha reversed course within days and began paying Premium accounts in batches - see our Investigations page for the full timeline.
- Futures-only, simulated trading environment - accounts are not live capital, per the firm's own disclosure (standard industry practice, but worth knowing)
- Profit split drops as low as 60% on the salaried Alpha Prime tier, well below the advertised 90%
- Consistency rule (40% on Premium/Zero) and per-tier rules add complexity when comparing account types
- Very young brand (launched July 2024) - track record is thin, and Reddit/ForexPeaceArmy have little to no independent discussion to cross-check against
- Sister brand Alpha Capital Group (same parent company) mass-banned ~150 trader accounts in June 2024 over suspected group-trading violations - not Alpha Futures itself, but a relevant data point on the parent group's account-review process

JULY 2026: NINJATRADER SPLIT, PREMIUM PAYOUTS DISPUTED, THEN PARTIALLY REVERSED
Update, July 2026: NinjaTrader sent Alpha Futures a termination notice on July 9, 2026, alleging an invoice balance over 3 months overdue; the partnership ended July 12, days after Alpha launched its own competing platform, AlphaTrader. Alpha publicly disputed NinjaTrader's account, stating a prior $2.4M overcharge dispute was settled in Feb 2026 and that the disputed $225,700 was believed to be settlement credit rather than new debt (source: Alpha Futures on X). Regardless of who was right, the fallout was real: Alpha's NinjaTrader-dependent Premium Plan became unviable and was closed, and Alpha initially converted affected traders' already-earned Premium payouts into account refunds instead of paying them out. Prop Firm Match delisted Alpha Futures the same day, July 12, citing traders losing payouts they'd already earned without breaking any stated rule (source: Prop Firm Match on X). On July 15, under trader and review-site pressure, Alpha reversed course - announcing an initial batch payment of 10% of outstanding Premium payouts, same-day payouts resuming on Zero/Advanced accounts, and that remaining Premium traders would be contacted by email about further timelines (source: Alpha Futures on X and its official site). As of July 25, 2026, we have found no public update on further payout batches or on whether Prop Firm Match has relisted Alpha Futures since that July 15 announcement - we will keep monitoring and update this page as soon as either happens. We are disclosing this prominently because it directly affects trust in a firm we have an active affiliate relationship with - we have not removed Alpha Futures as a partner, but you should weigh this incident heavily before funding an account, especially given the Premium Plan is now closed entirely. Full timeline on our Investigations page. Beyond this incident: Trustpilot independently shows a strong ~4.9/5 rating across a large review volume, with common 1-star complaints centered on disputed rule enforcement and account terminations following payout requests - the same complaint categories seen across most prop firms. We found no lawsuits or regulatory action against Alpha Futures. Sister brand Alpha Capital Group (same parent company, forex side) separately mass-banned roughly 150 trader accounts in June 2024 over suspected group-trading violations. Alpha Futures raised live-account scaling from 1 to 5 live accounts per trader, while simultaneously lowering simulated-account payout caps by plan (Premium up to $6,000 tiered; Advanced flat $15,000; Zero $1,000-$2,500 by size). Core rules (90/10 split, 5 winning days of $200+ profit, 4 monthly withdrawal requests) were unchanged.
Source: El Trader Financiado ↗Premium Plan closed after NinjaTrader split; earned payouts initially converted to refunds, then partially reversed
NinjaTrader terminated its partnership with Alpha Futures over a disputed unpaid invoice, days after Alpha launched a competing platform, AlphaTrader. The Premium Plan depended on NinjaTrader's API and became unviable - Alpha closed it and initially converted affected traders' already-earned payouts into account refunds instead of paying them out, triggering a delisting from Prop Firm Match. On July 15, Alpha reversed course and paid an initial 10% batch of outstanding Premium payouts, with same-day payouts resuming on Zero/Advanced accounts. As of July 25, no further payout batches or a Prop Firm Match relisting have been publicly confirmed.

Alpha Futures had a strong independently-verified Trustpilot rating, but the July 2026 NinjaTrader split and the initial denial of already-earned Premium Plan payouts (which got the firm delisted from Prop Firm Match before it partially reversed course) is a serious, active trust issue. Combined with the brand's thin overall track record, we can no longer recommend it without a significant caveat - read the full incident timeline before funding an account.
