Every firm is scored 0.0 - 10.0 using seven weighted signals. The full formula, data sources, and update cadence are public.

The Formula

Trust Score = weighted average of seven independent signals. Weights and definitions:

Payout Reliability

30%

% of verified payout requests completed within promised SLA over last 90 days.

Payout Volume Verified

15%

Total dollar value of independently verified payouts in the last 12 months.

Rule Clarity & Fairness

15%

Ambiguity, hidden clauses, retroactive changes, and rule enforcement consistency.

User Reviews (Verified)

15%

Weighted average of verified reviews, adjusted for recency and reviewer credibility.

Financial Transparency

10%

Public financials, ownership disclosure, and payout backing structure.

Support Quality

8%

Response time, dispute resolution outcomes, and communication clarity.

Longevity

7%

Years in operation without a rebrand, disappearance, or ownership change.

Data Sources

  • Payout receipts - user-submitted, verified via bank/PSP metadata or screen recording.
  • Firm-published documentation - rules, FAQ, terms of service, changelogs.
  • On-chain and payment data - where applicable (Deel, Rise, crypto payouts).
  • Verified user reviews - only reviews from users who submitted proof of a real account.
  • Regulator and legal filings - where public.

Update Frequency

Trust scores are recalculated daily at 00:00 UTC. Rankings and badges reflect the latest score at page load.

What Firms Can and Can't Influence

Can: Submit corrections with evidence, publish payout data via API, participate in official partner program (does not affect score).

Cannot: Pay for a higher score, remove negative reviews, hide investigations, or veto our findings.

Disputes

If a firm believes a data point is inaccurate, they can request a review via our contact page. All disputes and their outcomes are logged in the firm's public review page.
